Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Intensive Care Residential Homes in PA. You will supervise staff, ensure quality services, and meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of adults with developmental disabilities in line with Devereux policies and compliance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of human services experience with at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
• Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements.
