Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr. You will direct daily operations to meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals, aligning with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory standards.

The role includes coordinating with Center Leadership, supervising residential staff, and ensuring a safe, clean living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field is required.
• At least 3 years of human service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to ensure quality services and safety.
• Oversee residential program supervisors and staff to maintain compliance with policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
