Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in human services.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• Able to complete eight days of new hire orientation and demonstrate passion for helping individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned residential facility to ensure quality services.
• Supervise direct support professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
• Address therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals.
