Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. seeks a senior supervisor to oversee adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will supervise, evaluate, and train staff; coordinate clinical and administrative services; and ensure program operations run smoothly.

The role requires supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage schedules, paperwork, and safety protocols. A sign‑on bonus is offered for new full‑time hires.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred.
• Previous residential experience and supervisory experience required.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Must be willing to authorize a criminal history background check (CORI) and release of information.

Responsibilities

• Cover all shifts in assigned program(s) efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Implement behavior plan interventions, including potential physical interventions.
• Coordinate medical, dental, therapeutic, and related service appointments.
• Administer medications per procedures.
• Supervise staff and conduct monthly supervision meetings.
• Oversee program budgeting and staff training.
• Complete payroll and maintain staff records.
• Develop and provide services per RTR philosophies.
