Job summary

Road to Responsibility is seeking a dedicated professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role covers case management, medication assistance, and coordination of community-based activities.

You will work with the Residential Manager to implement plans, monitor progress, and ensure safe, high-quality services. A valid driver’s license and willingness to complete all required trainings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Related field study in psychology, social work, special education or related human service work preferred; at least 1 year residential experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to authorize CORI/DPPC background checks and release of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties as assigned by Residential Manager, including medication ordering, banking assistance, and daily program tasks.
• Perform case management duties such as attending meetings, writing progress notes, and developing/assessing ISP objectives.
• Attend staff meetings, document minutes, and ensure timely completion of program paperwork and reporting.
• Supervise and train staff; ensure accurate shift documentation and reporting.
