Job summary

Road to Responsibility is seeking staff to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will perform case management, daily operational tasks, and assist with scheduling medical appointments, transportation, and activities.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete mandated trainings and background checks. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Education related to psychology, social work, special education or related human service work preferred, and at least one year residential experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties as assigned by the Residential Manager (ordering medication, banking, cash handling, groceries).
• Perform case management duties including meetings, progress notes, and assessments.
• Attend staff meetings and document minutes; ensure timely program documentation.
