The position reports to the Program Director and involves on-call responsibilities and program coordination across multiple sites within the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Years of IDD experience.
• 2+ Years of Supervisory/Managerial Experience.
• NASDP Certification required within 1 year of hire if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and provide direction and support.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals, updates, and challenges.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Delegate tasks and ensure workload balance; address staffing issues.
