Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in Slippery Rock, PA to oversee day-to-day operations of designated programs. You will coordinate staff on shift, manage daily schedules, and ensure high-quality care for participants.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. or 4-5 years in a human services residential setting.
• 1-3 years of total experience required.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care tasks include ADLs, meals, and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Manage household needs including menu, groceries, and housekeeping.
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the home; daily cleanliness and repairs.
