Job summary

Merakey seeks a Residential Program Manager to lead CRR programs in Delaware County, directing operations, staff, and services to promote safe, supportive homes and positive resident outcomes.

You will oversee clinical coordination, program evaluation, and external relations while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. A master’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred, with a salary of about $70k–$73k annually.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 3-5 years working in a residential setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to cover Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program operations, including clinical and administrative coordination, scheduling, and service planning.
• Oversee treatment and support services to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with county/state agencies and representation at stakeholder meetings.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and retention efforts.
• Provide coaching and development to staff while fostering a positive work culture.
• Ensure residents receive meaningful treatment and achieve positive outcomes.

Education

Master’s degree (preferred) in human servicesor a similar concentration

2 years of supervisory experience

3-5 years working in a residential setting

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, but flexible to the needs of the programs, able to assist in emergency situations
