Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals in a residential setting. You will help plan activities, manage individual funds, and ensure goals and behavior programs are implemented and documented as written.

Earn: $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience and education. Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; weekends as needed and on-call based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a group home or residential setting.
• At least 2 years of verifiable experience working with I/DD, MH, or BH individuals in adolescent group homes.
• Dual Diagnose experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• DSP 1 & 2 certifications to be completed within 1 year of hire date; RBT within 2 months.
• ARF certification completed training and test.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative oversight to ensure safe, effective operation of the residential program.
• Assess, admit, and oversee services for individuals served while upholding dignity, rights, and well-being.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff; maintain supervision documentation and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and documentation standards.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, staffing coverage, and personnel record requests.
• Monitor client records, data collection, and treatment documentation.
• Manage household operations including food service, inventory, and safety prep.
• Coordinate drills and follow physician orders and care plans.
• Respond to staffing needs and on-call scheduling.
