Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be 18+ and have HS diploma/G.E.D.
• Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year, if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Lead staff and point person on shift.
• Prepares and manages house schedules with Program Manager.
• Direct Care duties including ADLs, meals, supervision, etc.
