Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support and care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Handle staff call outs, coverage, and cover shifts as needed.
• Coach and give feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Purchase groceries and supplies for the house.
