• CPR certification required.
• Minimum five years as a site manager in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records according to guidelines.
• Coordinate urine sample collection following protocols.
• Supervise residential houses and staff operations.
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
• Prepare treatment histories and reports; document care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Attend staff meetings and support program activities.
• Engage with external partners and gatekeepers in care delivery.
