Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Butler, PA to lead a team delivering person-centered care for individuals with IDD. The role focuses on daily operations, program goals, and family communication within a residential setting.

The successful candidate will coordinate staffing, ensure compliance with ISP/PCP plans, and drive meaningful activity programs while maintaining safe, well-documented records and strong family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in disability services.
• Strong communication with families/guardians and staff.
• Experience with training, performance management, and staff meetings.
• Scheduling staff and ensuring shifts are adequately staffed.
• Knowledge of ISP/PCP coordination and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage team performance through communication, training, and recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs including Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families/guardians as needed.
• Support individuals per ISP/PCP including medication management.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are accurate and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians.
• Ensure locations/vehicles are clean and stocked with supplies.
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections.
