Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Scotrun, PA seeks an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, staff guidance, and meeting programmatic goals.

The starting pay is $55,000 per year. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, activity programming, family communication, ISP/PCP-aligned support, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Oversee team performance through communication, training, and meetings.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families/guardians as needed regarding supports.
• Ensure ISP/PCP-aligned support, medication management, meals, and behavior management.
• Maintain program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Monitor health/medical needs and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain relationships with families/guardians and coordinate with license/department staff during inspections.
