Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in Williamsport, PA. You will lead a team to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help meet program goals.

Required: Bachelor's degree, two years in disability support, one year working with children, and a valid driver's license. You will coordinate staffing, oversee ISP/PCP compliance, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• One year of experience of full-time working with children.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians of individuals we support as needed.
• Ensure individuals are supported per ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and report concerns.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians.
• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, well maintained, and stocked with supplies.
