Advocates seeks a Developmental Services Program Manager to lead day-to-day residential program operations and supervise a dedicated team. You will partner with families and community partners to expand resources, build independence, and support meaningful community involvement.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, and compliance while coaching staff and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. The role blends leadership with direct program impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of program experience with staff supervision (hiring, evaluation, and development).
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to and experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to staff to ensure program success.
• Oversee administrative operations with the Program Director.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitor and interpret program budgets.
• Lead staff meetings, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Support individuals in accessing services and entitlements (e.g., housing, benefits).
• Maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Conduct audits and program reviews as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial, medication, and case record standards.
• Complete required reports (payroll, petty cash, census).
• Oversee staff training and professional development.
• Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, HR/DPPC).
• Facilitate meaningful, community-based opportunities for individuals.
• Travel between program sites, meetings, and trainings as needed.
• Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when required.
