Pride, Inc. seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead a team and support individuals with developmental disabilities toward autonomous, dignified, and meaningful lives. You’ll mentor staff, coordinate individualized plans, and promote community involvement while upholding rights and safety.

You will juggle scheduling, team development, and trainings, ensuring a supportive, person-centered environment. This role values compassionate leadership and real outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in developmental services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to assist as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support a team of direct care professionals.
• Ensure services empower people to make their own decisions, take healthy risks, and live full lives.
• Guide individualized plans, ensure rights and safety are respected, and bring creativity to teaching daily living skills.
• Organize staff trainings, promote teamwork, and help people explore new opportunities in work, living, and relationships.
• Be part of a nationally accredited, person-centered agency where outcomes actually matter.
