Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Residential Manager to oversee a residential home, ensuring high‑quality care, staff coordination, budget control, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.

You will hire and train staff, supervise performance, coordinate with families, and ensure HIPAA and safety protocols are followed in daily operations. Strong Leadership and DDS/CARF knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a team of direct-care staff.
• Strong understanding of DDS and CARF regulations.
• Experience with behavior management and human rights in residential settings.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, budgeting, and program operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program quality and accreditation standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct monthly supervisions.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and address concerns.
• Maintain certifications and required training for staff; HIPAA compliance.
• Manage program finances, including budget and expenses; monitor overtime.
