Guidewire, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our residential programs and to lead a dedicated team. This full-time exempt role requires strong leadership, program oversight, and a commitment to quality service.

You will supervise staff, ensure goals (ISP/IAP/IEP) are met, manage on-call coverage, and stay compliant with regulatory standards while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' management experience in human services or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program and supervise staff.
• Lead and develop a strong, engaged team.
• Respond to emergencies as primary leader.
• Ensure ISP/IAP/IEP goals are achieved.
• Create and manage staff schedules; cover shifts.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation.
