Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in King of Prussia, PA.

You will lead a team to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting day-to-day operations and program goals. The role involves managing staff, coordinating activities, communicating with families, and ensuring compliance with ISP/PCP plans, medications, meals, and behavior management.

Qualifications

• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage team performance through communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure individuals are supported per ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
