Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required & one year of experience with children.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is essential.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train your team for programmatic initiatives.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Develop and implement activity programs.
• Communicate with families and guardians of individuals.

Skills

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience

Problem solving against multiple priorities

Ability to establish comfortable relationships with individuals

Ability to exercise good judgment in crisis situations

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Associate's Degree (or 60 credit hours)
