Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Business, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of progressively responsible experience in residential or community-based human services.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coaching experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Medication Administration and Med Observer certifications.
• Willingness to participate in the NADSP Front Line Supervisor (FLS) program during the first year in the role.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily operations across assigned Community Homes.
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Direct Support Professionals and Lead DSPs.
• Managing staffing schedules, shift coverage, and overtime needs.
• Participating in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
• Conducting home visits, safety inspections, and licensing readiness reviews.
• Monitoring documentation and ensuring compliance with Chapter 6400 regulations and agency standards.
• Collaborating with Nursing, Program Specialists, Behavior Specialists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and promoting a culture of safety.
• Supporting Individual Support Plan (ISP) implementation and ensuring quality services for individuals.
• Building positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and community partners.
• Reviewing staffing, operational, and financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in on-call responsibilities and providing leadership support as needed.
