Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a Program Manager to lead a residential program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and compliant operations. You will manage staff development, oversee program activities, and coordinate with families and stakeholders.

You will supervise a team, drive quality improvement, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and community integration through meaningful activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus supervisory or related field experience.
• 1 year supervisory + 1 year related field OR 2 years in related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Commitment to person-centered supports and community inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a residential program with high-quality, person-centered supports.
• Coordinate care and services, ensuring ISP progress and safety in residential settings.
• Oversee staff development, supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure program compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, including MAP and incident reporting.
• Manage facilities, budgets, and on-call coverage; maintain effective communication with families and stakeholders.
