Job summary

Advocates is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to implement the mission of BH Residential & Deaf Services in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role requires collaboration with program staff and service providers to provide comprehensive services to individuals in need.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS or H.S. Diploma/GED with relevant experience, and fluency in ASL. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial, along with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 1 year experience; or H.S. Diploma/GED and 2 years related experience.
• Strongly prefer understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement the mission of BH Residential & Deaf Services.
• Develop treatment plans and attend treatment meetings.
• Document progress towards treatment plans.
• Perform interventions to address identified goals.
• Communicate individual’s progress and changes.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and home-like environment.
• Attend and participate in required training sessions.
