Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Rutland, MA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Willow Group home, manage program planning, supervise residential staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, additional $250 for MAP Certified, a 9–5 schedule Monday–Friday, and a pay range of $55,620–$65,486 annually depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma with five years of congregate care experience or Bachelor's degree with three years of congregate care experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• MAPS certification, or able to obtain within six months.
• Must attend a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential home.
• Program planning and supervision of residential staff.
• Budget management and coordination of community-based experiences for youth.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.
