Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a Program Director to lead day-to-day operations of a group home for youth with complex behavioral needs in Rutland, MA. The role includes program planning, staff supervision, and budget oversight to ensure high-quality, therapeutic services.

The position offers a $54,000 starting salary with potential up to $61,560, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a $250 MAP certification bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including a 403b, health insurance, and ASCEND

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, in Rutland.
