Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse difficult people.
• Maintains professional appearance and uniform policy.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance.
• Complete Avenue5 Fair Housing training within 30 days.
• Ability to shovel snow and operate snow equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from offices and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies (weather, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Address maintenance issues related to weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction with high cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
