Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform cleaning, light maintenance, and on-site support for apartment communities in coastal California. You will work with the on-site team, handle trash disposal, package deliveries, and safety checks to ensure high-quality resident experiences.

Responsibilities include detailed cleaning of common areas, assisting with vendor oversight, and ensuring safe operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 120 pounds.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of assigned areas including buildings, common spaces, pool area and clubhouse.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Deliver packages, notes and flyers to occupied units.
• Dispose of trash and debris using safe practices and proper methods.
• Support on-site team and oversee vendor work when required.
