You will perform daily cleaning, assist with market-ready units, handle snow removal in winter, and respond to maintenance issues with professionalism and safety in mind. A high school diploma is required; strong customer service and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies and inclement weather events.
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
