Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily.
• Assist in preparing market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces.
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related emergencies.
• Clean available apartments and model homes and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues.
• Promote customer satisfaction with high cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Interact professionally with residents and prospects.
