Job summary

West Coast Heating, Air & Solar in California is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician to maintain, inspect, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems in customers' homes.

You will present repair and replacement options to homeowners, install and repair faucets and fixtures, document work per procedures, and deliver a high level of customer service on every call while mentoring apprentices and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of residential plumbing systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners and advocate for their needs
• Install and repair faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Follow company procedures, including proper documentation and sales turnover processes when applicable
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
• Support and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills and professionalism
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
