• Follow company procedures, including proper documentation and sales turnover processes when applicable
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
• Support and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills and professionalism
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits
