HELP is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician in Cincinnati who thrives in a consultative, customer-first environment. You will diagnose residential plumbing issues, educate homeowners about conditions, and present repair and replacement options that fit their budget.

As part of our field team, you will complete estimates and service documentation on tablets, maintain a professional appearance, and participate in ongoing training to grow your skills and earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present repair and replacement options that empower customers to choose the solution that best fits their home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with all local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continually improve your skills and income potential.
• Consistently achieve individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
