Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while keeping a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing and present options.
• Present repair and replacement options to fit home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, water quality, and maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile tech.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and income potential.
• Consistently achieve performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
