The role offers a base salary of $39,000 plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings of $65,000–$75,000 and top performers earning well above $100,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance services to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete CRM-based daily activities to track sales performance.
