Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Sales Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products while delivering customer-focused service. You will assess customers' needs, consult on products, and close sales with uncapped commissions. Base Salary - $39,000 plus uncapped commission.

On target first year earnings: $65,000 -- $75,000. Top earners exceed $100,000 per year. Travel up to 100% within territory.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
