Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, explain solutions, and protect homes from pests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle and gas card.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest issues.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Use CRM to document home assessments and follow up on proposals.
