Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, consult on solutions, and drive revenue while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include collaborating with service teams, developing proposals, using the Sales CRM, and following up on opportunities. Travel up to 100% is required in the assigned territory, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and communicate findings.
• Maintain daily activity and sales records in CRM.
