Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering excellent customer-focused service and protecting homes and families.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams, assessing customer needs, and developing proposals to close sales opportunities. Requires driving and field work across the assigned territory with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license from your state
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use Sales CRM to record daily activities and sales performance.
