Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and craft proposals to address pest issues while expanding service offerings.

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required. You’ll collaborate across the service organization, perform inspections, and use the CRM to advance proposals and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing sales experience or training is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.
• Valid driver's license required and company vehicle provided where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with team for clarity.
