Rentokil North America is hiring a Residential Pest Management Consultant to sell pest control solutions to new and existing homeowners while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assess needs, consult, and create proposals to protect homes and families, traveling within your territory to secure new business and maintain client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with service teams, hands-on home assessments, and using a CRM to document proposals and outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsabilidades

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
