Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and protect homes as the face of a national brand in your community.

Key requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience; travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Preference for 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and expand pest household services
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to understand customer home and challenges
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM
