Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and proposing pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspecting homes, coordinating with service teams, and closing sales while leveraging our CRM tools for daily activity tracking. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs to upsell pest control solutions and maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and suggest additional home service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
