Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry‑leading pest management services to residential customers.

You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions with a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities include inspecting homes, recommending treatments, collaborating with service and sales teams, and developing proposals to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and suggest enhancements to services.
• Complete sales activities and records in Sales CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
