Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and provide excellent customer service. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and proposing tailored solutions.

You’ll collaborate with service teams, prepare proposals, document home diagrams, and use the Sales CRM to track progress. You will also follow up on proposals, assist with installations, and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams and document in Sales CRM.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Support service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
