Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services and products while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires conducting home inspections, presenting proposals, and coordinating with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel across assigned territory is expected, with a focus on growth and client retention in the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills expected.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest harborage and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM.
