Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, educate on solutions, and work to protect homes and families while representing a national brand locally.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and sales skills, with 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience. Travel up to 100% within assigned territories is required, and driving a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose additional services.
• Complete home diagrams and ensure clarity for customers.
