Job summary

Terminix in Katy, TX is looking for a dedicated Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will represent our national brand in the local community, assess client needs, and present tailored pest control solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance pest services.
• Use Sales CRM to complete home diagrams and track sales activities.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
