Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services. You’ll be the face of our national brand, assessing customer needs and delivering effective solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians, develop proposals, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and protection of homes.

Travel up to 100% within territory; a valid driver’s license is required; strong communication and sales skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Identify revenue streams with current base and service specialist engagement; develop proposals for customers.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company Sales CRM.
